Yes! Our licensed staff presently carry licenses to practice in Connecticut and Florida. The practice of Psychology is regulated and certain services may not be available to other states at this time.
I AM ON VACATION IN THE BAHAMAS AND I AM STRESSED. CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE?
Absolutely! Our Talk Time staff are able to speak with anyone anywhere! Our system requires appointments to be scheduled 24hrs ahead of time.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO USE FOR ONLINE THERAPY?
SEYLA Counseling, Inc. uses a web-based platform that works through your GoogleChrome browser on your tablet, Android phone, or PC. IOS users can download an app when you sign up. You will have an opportunity to test your system before the appointment. Users of later model smartphones, tablets, or PC should have a microphone and forward-facing camera built-in and have no difficulty accessing the online service platform.

WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are happy to accept your insurance; however, some insurances may not cover Online Therapy services. To simplify processes, we will supply a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance for your reimbursement.
I can't log into my Client Portal, what can I do?
- First, your registration information needs to be logged into our system and you will receive a pin code.
- Make sure you are using GoogleChrome browser.
- Allow Cookies for both SEYLACounseling.com and Therasoft.com
- While you are at it, give GoogleChrome permission to use your camera and microphone.
- Close other windows and tabs. Try refreshing your Client Portal tab.
- If you are still having difficulty, we will be happy to help you sort things out.
